Upcoming Construction Projects Affecting Traffic

The City of Blair would like to inform residents of two upcoming construction projects that will affect traffic beginning the week of July 6.

Grant Street Closure

Starting July 6 for approximately one week, the intersection of 10th Street and Grant Street will be closed to all traffic EXCEPT:

• Westbound traffic on Grant Street

• Southbound traffic turning from 10th Street onto Grant Street

Please refer to the attached map for traffic flow details and plan alternate routes when possible.

Highway 75 Crack Sealing Project

A contractor will be working with the Street Department to seal joints, cracks, and potholes along Highway 75 through Blair.

Work areas include:

• Highway 75 & Hollow Road north to Washington Street

• 19th Street & Washington Street north to the city limits

The project is expected to take approximately one week. Drivers should expect rolling lane closures and

minor traffic delays throughout the work zone.
