39 year old Carson Stiffler of Omaha died shortly after midnight this morning after a collision on I-29 near the Mondamin exit. He was driving the wrong way and hit a vehicle driven by a 20 year old Sioux City woman, who is hospitalized according to the Iowa State Patrol.
