Blair Fire Deparment Summary

Automatic Fire Detection Signals were checked into by the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue department for Tuesday, September 23rd. Four members responded. Mondays calls include a person suspected of having a stroke, a water recovery effort, a sick party and a person having a seizure. 13 members responded to those calls.

Just a reminder that the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department is having their annual fundraising Pancake Feed and Open House on Sunday, October 5th from 7 am to 12:30 pm at the Blair South Fire Station at 16th and Lincoln. More than pancakes – the event will have on display first responder apparatus, Door Prizes, a helicopter, fire goodie bags and Smokey the Bear among other attractions. A free will donation will be appreciated.
