The Blair Community Schools reported that as part of their preparation for the 2026–2027 school year, BCS administrators worked alongside community first responders in a joint training focused on strengthening emergency preparedness and response efforts.
The school said “We are grateful for the strong partnership we share with our community and appreciate the time, expertise, and collaboration of our local first responders in helping keep our schools safe. “
