Blair Volunteer Fire Department Summary

The Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue 4th of July Weekend Calls for Service Recap:

It was a busy Independence Day weekend for BVFD! Along with responding to 8 calls for service (6 medical and 2 fire-related), members were active throughout the community celebrating the holiday.

Several members provided standby coverage at the City of Blair, Nebraska Fireworks Show, staffing 5 apparatuses to help ensure everyone had a safe and enjoyable evening.

Also had members travel to the Tekamah Fire and Rescue Department Independence Day Parade, where they helped raise the American Flag over the parade route and proudly drove two Blair fire apparatuses through the parade.
