Here’s what’s happening in the Blair area Faith Community:

Thursday, May 1st is the National Day of Prayer. Commemoration of this in Nebraska is at noon Thursday in the Warner Chamber at the capitol building.

The Christian Cross Festival in Norfolk is Saturday, June 7th from 2pm to 11pm at Skyview Lake. Musicians, inspiring speakers and more are planned. You can find out more online at christiancrossfestival.org

The Community Prayer Network meets 7pm on the first Monday of each Month at 750 Angels Share Drive, Suite 316 on the Dana Campus.

First Lutheran’s Mid week meals are every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30, 2146 Wright Street in Blair

Tuesday Prayer Group is at 6pm each week at Remnant Church, 1529 Front Street

A Christian Book Club meets on the third Monday of each month, 7pm at at 750 Angel’s Share Drive, third floor.

Wednesday Bible Study at First Baptist Church in downtown Blair starts at 6:30

Just a reminder that the National Peace Officers Memorial Day is Thursday, May 15th, 6:30pm. The walk starts at the Blair Police Department and goes to the Sheriff’s Department where a commemoration and ceremony is held
