Here’s what’s happening in the Blair area Faith Community:

The Tuesday Prayer Group is at 6pm each Tuesday at Remnant Church, 1529 Front Street

First Lutheran’s Mid week meals are every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30, 2146 Wright Street in Blair

Wednesday Bible Study at First Baptist Church in downtown Blair starts at 6:30. The Book of Acts is the basis of the current study

Confirmation and Education in 1700’s Denmark is the topic of a presentation by Reverend Brian Lunn at the Danish American Archive and Library on July 25th at 9:30 am. The Danish American Archive and Library is at 1738 Washington Street in Blair

The Kindness Kits program is seeking donations and volunteers – details can be found online at kindnesskits.info

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOLS

Hillside Christian Church is having a Vacation Bible School for kindergarten through 5th graders 6:30pm to 8pm Monday June 23rd through Thursday, June 26th. This will be at the 1133 North 28th Avenue in Blair

Vacation Bible School at Christ Lutheran Church is June 23rd through the 26th from 5 to 8 pm for kindergarten through sixth grade. The theme is “Captivated”.

First Lutheran and First United Methodist Churches are hosting a joint Vacation Bible School July 14th through the 18th from 9am to noon for children potty trained through 5th grade. A Lunch will be served at noon to all families for a free will donation. More information can be found online at firstlutheranblair.org
