A “women’s bill of rights” was signed by Nebraska Governor Jim Pillen yesterday in Lincoln. The executive order establishes that a person’s biological sex is defined at birth. Pillen added that it is his duty to protect kids and women’s athletics, which means providing single-sex spaces for women’s sports, bathrooms and changing rooms. The executive order does not ban people from using the bathroom of their choice, but it define the matter for schools, shelters and prisons.
