The Harrison County Conservation Board is a recent recipient of a four hundred thousand dollar grant from the Enhance Iowa Board through the Community Attraction and Tourism Grants. Those funds will be used towards the construction of a two story Nature Center and office space at the Willow Lake Nature Center in Woodbine. The total cost of that project is estimated at over four million dollars.
