Justice Derek R. Vaughn was recently appointed to the Nebraska Supreme Court. This now leaves a vacancy in the Fourth Judicial District, which consists of Douglas County. Four names Tuesday have advanced for consideration by Governor Jim Pillen. Erin Hurley, Michael Jensen, Aimee Melton and David Wear, all of whom are Omaha Residents.
