Metonic Kayla Beller 062526

Kayla Beller, VP of Project Management for Metonic.net came into Blair Radio studio to talk about Blair Crossing Apartments. She talked about the history and relationship of Metonic and Seldin that led to the project being developed in Blair. Kayla talked about the traffic flow changes between day time and night time indicating many more work in Blair than live in Blair. She said that communication with companies that need workforce housing in made Blair attractive to build. Being a part of the community and staying a long term partner is important to Metonic and Seldin was a continuing theme through the interview.
