   A structure fire Monday in which the fire had been burning for up to 45 minutes before the Missouri Valley fire Department was called – in a rural location which caused water challenges, is prompting the department to encourage families to have a discussion on fire safety and having a plan on how to escape a burning house and where to go and who to call. The Mo Valley Department encourages families to practice those plans as well.
