86-year-old Andrew Svendgard, Jr. of Fremont, formerly of Blair died September 8th. He was active with the Arlington and Two Rivers, now RVR Bank, retiring in 2006 and was involved with Arlington School Board, City Council and other civic duties. He is survived by his wife, Carol, children Tami Johnson, Patti Svendgard, and Mindy Misfeldt, his sister Judy Lum and other family members. Visitation is Thursday, 5-7pm at Reckmeyer-Moser.
