56 year old Shawn Shanahan Brown of Fremont passed away May 9th. She was the former director of the Fremont Area United Way and the Director of Fremont Methodist Foundation. She is survived by her husband Pat Brown, her parents Harvey and Linda Bergman, her children Allyssia Nieman, Cameron and Connor Jugler, Beau Shanahan, Nick Brown, Shawnda Shanahan, her brothers Wynn and Shannon Bergman and their families. Visitation is Thursday evening 5-8pm, the funeral is Friday, 10:30, both at First Lutheran Church in Fremont.

91 year old Phyllis Hensley of Lyons, formerly of Herman passed away May 8th. She is survived by her children, Beth Roetman and Scott Hensley, brother Raymond Hale and their families. Graveside services are this Wednesday, 1pm at the Craig Cemetery

83 year old Larry Hansen of Fremont, formerly of Tekamah, passed away April 21st. The memorial service is next Monday, May 19th 10:30 at First United Methodist in Fremont.
