75 year old Susan Barker passed away December 7th. The memorial service is Monday, December 15th 10 am at Good Shepard Lutheran.

95 year old Shirley Rupp Sims of Omaha passed away November 29th. She is survived by her children, Jeff Sims, Bob Sims of Blair, Michele Lucas and Mike Sims, her sisters Norma Clark and Mary O’Leary and their families. Mrs. Sims service is at Immaculate Conception Church of Cherokee, 10:30 this Thursday.

62 year old Michael Braniff of Tekamah passed away December 3rd. He is survived by his wife, Susan, children Andy Braniff, Sara Werner and Michael Braniff, his mother Kate, siblings Kelly Olson, Colleen Moseman, Beth Rasmussen, Tim, Pat, Ray, Joe, KC, Rusty and Dan Braniff, Theresa Pille, Erin Wilson, and Mary Clabaugh and their families. Visitation is this Thursday, 5 to 7pm,the wake at 7. the Funeral Mass is Friday 10am. Both at Saint Patrick’s Catholic Church in Tekamah.
