Laying out the lots for new business development in the southeast section of town is on the agenda for the Blair Planning Commission this evening – with a public hearing for preliminary plat application for the South 10th street subdivision.
The Planning Commission will also have a public hearing on a proposed change of zoning regulations – to allow for storage units to the list of excepted uses in an Office Park District.
That meeting is at 7pm in Blair City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th street.
