A public hearing on the environmental study for proposed expansion of the Blair Executive Airport runway is tomorrow evening – the study is a federal requirement before that expansion can proceed. The project may also require moving a county roadway. That hearing Tuesday evening starts at 7pm in Blair City Council Chambers at 218 South 16th street.
