DRUGS, WEAPONS FOUND DURING TRAFFIC STOP

A traffic stop in Herman by Washington County Deputies ended in the arrest of a 54 year old man for possession of methamphetamine, possession of a deadly weapon and driving under suspension. Arrested with that person, a 27 year old male for possession of meth.

Also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s activity summary for this past week, a three vehicle accident with injuries at Highway 75 and North 28th Street. A 45 year old man was arrested in the 2200 block of County Road 51 on a Florida warrant and Washington County charges.

A 60 year old woman arrested in Arlington for driving under suspension. Other arrests include a person violating probation, another for 2 warrants.

Among many other incidents, a deceased Bald Eagle was found in the roadway at Highway 30 and mile marker 440. The Eagle carcass was removed and federal wildlife contacted
