The Washington County Sheriffs office reported that several counties are receiving scam indicating final notice to court enforcement action regarding Toll evasion. The notice has a QR code to pay the violation. The Sheriff’s office requests that you verify by contacting your local authorities to verify actions before paying online.

Also the Washington County Sheriff congratulates to Captain Steve Bolton on being recognized as Administrator of the Year by the Nebraska Correctional Administrators & Managers Association (NCAMA) at their annual conference in Kearney. Capt. Bolton was nominated by Sheriff Mike Robinson for his outstanding leadership and dedication. This recognition is well deserved, and we are proud to have him serving our community.
