Here’s what’s happening in our area…

A planned concert and event to honor Missouri Valley first responders had to be cancelled due to bad weather. That event is now re-scheduled for August 14th from 5 to 8 pm at the Mo Valley Park, a concert by the group “The Brits” starts at 6, Complementary food sponsored by Washington County Bank will be served to those attending. This event is free and open to the public.

The Washington County Four H program is having a pancake feed this coming Sunday, July 27th at the Rybin Building at the Fairgrounds in Arlington, it runs from 8am to 11am for a free-will donation. One hundred percent of the proceeds will go towards programs and scholarships. Several area businesses have donated the items needed for the event.

A garage sale is this Thursday and Friday at the Trivium Parking Lot, One Crossroads Place in Missouri Valley from 9:30am to 1:30 pm. Proceeds will go towards Triviums Day Hab Program party.
