The Nebraska State Patrol’s Colonel Balduc announced his retirement effective May 4th, with mandatory retirement at age 60. Yesterday, Governor Jim Pillen announced that Kearney Police Chief Bryan Waugh will be the next superintendent of the Nebraska State Patrol. Balduc has held the office since 2017.
