94 year old Dr. Verlan Hanson, a Dana college graduate and later registrar at the college, passed away February 26th. He is survived by his wife, Helga, children Rev. Alan Hanson, and Duane Hanson, brother Gary and sisters Judy, Karen and Joyce and other family members. Visitation is tomorrow noon till 1 at Campbell Aman, the funeral follows at 2, at Christ Lutheran Church on the former Dana Campus

He is survived by his children, Dan, Dave, Debbie, Doug, Jake and Jessie, his sisters Bonnie Christiansen, Judy Moore and Sherry Swally and other family members. Celebration of Life is 1pm tomorrow at Emmanuel Fellowship Church in Omaha
