WRONG WAY SUSPENDED DRIVER ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SUMMARY

  

A car-deer collision reported on Highway 75 around 5am this morning is on the Washington County Sheriff’s Activity summary for May 5th through today.

    

Also on that report, a traffic stop on Highway 75 and Mary Nelson Lane ends in the arrest of a 42 year old woman on a warrant. A truck at County Roads p-18 and 25 was fully engulfed with flames. Blair and Kennard Volunteer Fire and Rescue crews handled that situation.

    

A 65 year old woman was arrested on a warrant in Kennard. A personal injury accident in the 400 block of South 19th in Blair – a vehicle crashed into a building, that incident handled by Blair Police with Washington County deputies providing assistance.

   

A 20 year old male was arrested in Fort Calhoun for driving the wrong way, with a suspended license. Earlier in the week, a traffic stop for a drunk driving and assault incident – a 41 year old drunk driver was punched by a 31 year old back seat passenger. The drunk driver hit a road sign and the back seat passenger fled the vehicle and was found walking toward Omaha. Blair Police handled the accident due to it being in Blair city limits. The driver was arrested, the passenger was cited for assault.

  

A theft reported in the 1300 block of County Road p-43 is also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s report.
