MUTUAL AID DURING STORMS, ACTIVITY SUMMARY FOR WEEKEND

Responding to 46 calls Saturday and Sunday – setting records for the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department.

Several mutual aide partners jumped in to help during the weekend storms, including Kennard, Herman, Fort Calhoun, Arlington, Irvington, Bennington and Omaha fire and rescue departments.

Several natural gas leaks, power lines down and on fire, a building collapse, an unconscious person with CPR in process, an injured party, a structure fire, and an allergic reaction are all on the activity summaries for Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue for Saturday and Sunday.
