A non-responsive person, not breathing is on the activity summaries for the Blair Volunteer Fire and Rescue Department for November 27th through December 3rd.
Also on those summaries, a non-responsive person that was breathing, a stove fire, a possible stroke in which Fort Calhoun’s Fire department provided mutual aide.
A gas leak, a possible heart attack and some “medical nature unknown’ calls are also on those reports.
