An attempted traffic stop at 4:20 Sunday morning winds up as a pursuit on Highway 133 near mile marker 12, the driver stopped and ran from the vehicle on foot. That vehicle reported stolen from Omaha.
Also on the Washington County Sheriff’s activity summary for December 30th through January 2nd, a 33 year old man was arrested on Highway 133 for driving under suspension, drug possession and having an Iowa warrant. Deputies aided Blair Police in a search for a stolen vehicle after a Harrison County pursuit. That car was found at Cargill by the guard shack.
