WCSO PERSONNEL RECOGNISED FOR OUTSTANDING SERVICE

A special recognition at a recent meeting of the Washington County Board of Supervisors – for outstanding service by those involved in the January 6th incident in Arlington.

Sheriff Mike Robinson presented awards to Communications Supervisor Brent Grove, dispatcher Ty Johnson, Deputies Ashley Robinson and Brice Beckman. In that incident, a male passenger in a vehicle pulled over for a traffic stop in Arlington, fired shots at law enforcement personnel, which returned fire, wounding the man – 48 year old David Boettcher of Omaha who had a Douglas County warrant.
