THEFT, LOOSE HORSES ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S SUMMARY
Around 4:30 this morning, a 37 year old male was arrested after a traffic stop at Highway 133 and County Road 32 by Washington County Deputies after finding he had four warrants – 3 from Pottawattamie County, one from Douglas County.
Also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s activity summary for this past week, a juvenile walking on Spring Ridge Loup was displaying self harm and was taken for mental health assistance. A person was using a scooter to solicit in the ten thousand block of Woodcrest, that person was advised to avoid attempted sales when signs were posted against that activity. An attempted fraud reported in the 14 thousand block of County Road 35.
Burt County dropped off a man in Herman who began to knock on resident’s windows. Washington County deputies transported the man to Douglas County. Three incidents of people driving while their operator’s licenses were suspended – one on Highway 75, another at Highway 133 and Dutch Hall Road and a third in Blair.
The theft of a trailer, two mowers and a 4 wheeler reported in the 1600 block of Highway 75. Among other matters on that report, horses were in the roadway in the 7600 block of County Road 39. The responding deputy helped corral the animals.
