BRUSH FIRE, BAD DRIVERS ON WASHINGTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S ACTIVITY SUMMARY

   

Arrests on the Washington County Sheriff’s summary for the week, include a 21 year old male at Highway 133 and mile marker 14 for driving under suspension and a Douglas County warrant, another 21 year old male for driving under suspension in Fort Calhoun, a 44 year old male was arrested on Highway 75, initially stopped for speeding, the responding officer found the driver had a warrant from Douglas County for theft, and a traffic stop at 15th and South in Blair, found that a 48 year old man was driving under revocation and was also drunk driving – his fourth DUI.

   

Also on Sheriff Mike Robinson’s report, a downed power line in the 14 thousand block of Shannon Lane caught brush on fire. Arlington Volunteer Fire and Rescue put that fire out.
